Since the restaurant opened in 2003, Jean-Marc Boyer’s approach has remained the same: to offer cuisine that is both simple and sophisticated, but always spontaneous and emotional. Cuisine of remembrance, memory, heritage and terroir, which surprises with its creativity and accuracy.<\/p>\n

Just as the chef is inspired by his excursions in the rough and strong heights of Lastours, we offer you to accompany him with confidence in a ballad always renewed by such grass picked in the Black Mountain, such a dish discovered at a local producer, or such carefully selected wine.<\/p>\n
